Also included is a sample of a Basic Daily Menu the I put together to keep count of my fat, protein, carbs and calories that I consume for the entire day. There's also a At Home workout routine with dumbbells as well as a Gym workout routine with barbells. Feel free to use these workouts as a guide, they're versions of what I do each day!
